We are thankful for every student we have, and take your interest in Plumas Christian School very seriously. Our program addresses each child spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. We focus on Christian character development as the hallmark of a Christian education.
Let me take a minute to provide some insight into our enrollment process. In an effort to become acquainted with a family and the student candidate, we have a few forms for completion:
After the interview, the board members and principal review the application, reflect on the interview, and pray for wisdom. The parents are then notified in a timely manner of the decision regarding the student’s enrollment in Plumas Christian School.
The enrollment of a student is just the beginning of the family/school partnership in the education of a child from the guidance of God’s Word. Working together with a Christ-centered focus and a Biblical worldview we seek excellence with students “growing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” Luke 2:52

- Admission Application
- Educator’s Recommendation
- New Student Questionnaire (4th-7th grade applicants)
- Financial Commitment
- To become better acquainted with one another
- To answer any questions or address concerns of either party
- To determine if the family and school form a positive partnership in the raising and training of the student
